3. Enrollment and Course Access

Enrollment into any DesignGekz course, program, workshop, mentorship, or live batch is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by DesignGekz.

Course access, live session participation, downloadable resources, mentorship support, certificates, and associated benefits are subject to the specific plan, offer, or batch selected by the learner.

DesignGekz reserves the right to update course structure, faculty allocation, delivery format, schedules, session sequence, support format, or learning resources for academic, operational, or quality reasons.

4. Payment Terms

All course fees are payable through the payment modes made available by DesignGekz or its authorized payment partners, including but not limited to:

• UPI
• Net banking
• Debit card
• Credit card
• Eligible EMI options

All fees, taxes, and applicable charges, if any, shall be displayed at the time of payment or checkout.

Enrollment is valid only after successful payment authorization and receipt confirmation. In case of payment failure, incomplete settlement, technical issue, reversal, or unsuccessful authorization, DesignGekz shall not be obligated to provide course access until the payment is successfully completed.

5. Credit Card EMI / No Cost EMI Terms

DesignGekz may offer Credit Card EMI or No Cost EMI on eligible programs through its payment partner Razorpay and participating banks, subject to activation, availability, and approval at checkout.

The following shall be governed by the issuing bank / payment partner and not by DesignGekz:

• EMI eligibility
• Card eligibility
• Available tenure options
• Rate of interest
• Processing fee
• Pre-closure / foreclosure charges
• Cancellation charges
• Bank-specific terms and conditions
• Approval or rejection of EMI conversion

No Cost EMI, where applicable, shall be available only on select cards, issuers, tenures, offers, and transaction values, and only when shown as available during checkout.

By selecting EMI as the payment option, the learner agrees to the terms of the issuing bank, Razorpay, and DesignGekz.

6. EMI Billing and Customer Responsibility

When a learner selects EMI, the transaction may be converted by the issuing bank or payment partner into monthly instalments as per the bank’s policy.

The learner understands and agrees that:

• Monthly EMI billing will be reflected as per the issuing bank’s process
• The learner is solely responsible for timely repayment of EMIs to the card issuer
• Any delay, penalty, finance charge, or default consequence imposed by the bank is the sole responsibility of the learner
• DesignGekz is not responsible for bank statement generation, interest calculations, repayment schedules, or bank-side EMI servicing issues

For all card-specific EMI matters, the learner must contact the issuing bank directly.

7. Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

DesignGekz encourages learners to attend demo sessions, review course details carefully, and understand the program before making payment.

7.1 Refund Policy

Unless explicitly committed otherwise in writing on a specific course page, offer page, or written communication from DesignGekz:

• Fees paid are generally non-refundable after enrollment
• No refund shall be applicable once the learner has commenced the course, attended live sessions, received access to self-paced content, or used course resources
• Refund requests made after course commencement shall not be entertained

7.2 EMI Refund Policy

In case a refund is exceptionally approved by DesignGekz under a specific written commitment or approved exception:

• Refund shall be processed only against the eligible transaction amount received by DesignGekz
• Any interest already charged by the issuing bank may not be refundable
• Any processing fee, foreclosure charge, cancellation fee, finance charge, or other bank-side charge may not be refundable by DesignGekz
• EMI refund timelines may be longer than standard payment refunds
• Instant refunds may not be available for EMI transactions
• The learner may need to coordinate with the issuing bank for EMI cancellation, reversal, foreclosure, or clarification of bank-side charge

7.3 Rescheduling / Transfer

In cases where refund is not applicable, DesignGekz may, at its sole discretion, allow one of the following:

• Transfer to a future batch
• Batch rescheduling
• Internal course credit
• Equivalent adjustment to another eligible DesignGekz offering

Such approval shall be entirely at the discretion of DesignGekz and subject to internal policy, seat availability, validity period, and administrative conditions.

8. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks and Access Restriction

If any payment is:

• Disputed
• Charged back
• Reversed
• Found to be unauthorized
• Declined after provisional confirmation
• Reported as fraudulent
• Not settled to DesignGekz

then DesignGekz reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to:

• Self-paced course content
• Live sessions
• Downloadable resources
• Certificates
• Mentorship support
• Community access
• Any associated learner benefits

The learner agrees to cooperate in resolving any genuine payment dispute with DesignGekz and the payment partner.

9. Taxes and Invoicing

All taxes including GST, wherever applicable, shall be charged as per prevailing law.

Invoices or payment receipts shall be generated based on the billing details submitted by the learner at the time of enrollment. The learner is responsible for providing correct billing details.

10. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact details, registering for a webinar, downloading a resource, filling any inquiry form, or enrolling into a program, you consent to receiving communication from DesignGekz through:

• Phone calls
• WhatsApp
• SMS
• Email
• Other digital channels

Such communication may include:

• Course updates
• Enrollment assistance
• Session reminders
• Support responses
• Promotional campaigns
• New batch announcements
• Special offers

You may request removal from promotional communication lists by contacting us, though transactional and learner-support communication may continue where necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

DesignGekz makes reasonable efforts to deliver quality training, mentorship, and learner support. However, DesignGekz does not guarantee any specific job, salary increment, interview call, promotion, placement outcome, or career result unless expressly stated in writing as part of a valid offer.

Career outcomes depend on multiple factors including learner effort, existing skills, application quality, market conditions, communication ability, experience, and interview performance.

DesignGekz shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Loss arising from payment gateway or bank issues
• EMI approval/rejection by bank
• Technical downtime outside reasonable control
• Learner-side internet/device problems
• Career decisions made by learners based on course participation

12. Changes to Policy

DesignGekz reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Payment Terms, EMI Terms, and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication on the website.
